I want to buy my first good rod to compliment a new shimano Calcutta 200b

inshore saltwater fishing

until now i've really only used spin tackle

budget is up to $200.00

any suggestions will be appreciated

If you are willing to spend that much... Find a custom rod guy. There is one that my buddy's dad uses, but that's in Acadia parish I think. Can't remember his name off hand. But, the difference is his rods and my castaways and falcons are substantial...
