Jacktoberfest Friday in downtown Jackson

this is a festival downtown starting at 11:00 this morning and lasting until 11:00 tonight where homebrewers display their talents.

i went last year for the first time and it was a blast.

unfortunately s14 and his brew will not be attending this year

Sorry! We'll be bringing our talents to Hattiesburg for the outlaw comp. Gotta defend our title and take on some other categories.

Would be a long and winding drive back to the Queen City after an evening of sampling home brews. Will the Governor be represented?

never saw the gov. great time. not as many homebrews as last year but there were several really good ones. a butternut squash sour and CDA by mossberg brewing were my favorites. music was great. sprinkled for a few minutes but nothing significant.

I voted their cda #1 but that sour was damn good. Craig was pouring a chocolate raspberry stout that was my wife's favorite
