Garlic Ranch chicken wings. Brined for 4 hours, fried at 250 for 20 minutes, cooled to room temperature, back in oil at 400 until crispy. Mixed McCormick's Garlic Herb Buffalo Wing seasoning, garlic powder and dry ranch dressing, sprinkle on the wings right when they come out of the oil. Winner, winner, chicken dinner.
