The suit also claims that Royal played some defense for Williams. Is this true? I don't remember ever hearing that he got snaps on defense.

What's funny is the NFL probably thought they'd be the only ones who would try to accuse a team/franchise of a bounty scandal and just make an example of the saints and POOF it would be gone, but all they did is set precedent and open Pandora's box.
