Ferry Building on Satursay morning for lots of good food.

Friday night Off the Grid at Fort Mason offers a great chance for a ton of food trucks at the same location.

Roxys Cafe and Mr. Pollos are 2 great popups kind of the do tasting menus of 4 or 10 courses normally. I think both are BYOB.

This is what Mr. Pollos is doing this weekend for Pride:

Balls Deep" Dinner at Mr. Pollo to Celebrate Pride
Thursday, June 27, 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Chef Jonny Becklund is celebrating San Francisco Pride with a special "Balls Deep" four-course testicle dinner at Mr. Pollo. There are two seatings for this ballsy meal: one at 6 p.m. and another at 8 p.m. Call for reservations. $35. Mr. Pollo, 2823 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA, 860-912-9168

I'm on my phone right now but there are a couple of posts I've made in similar threads where I go into more detail.

This...we stayed right across the street and it was pretty cool.

Also went to Wayfare Tavern the Tyler Florence restaurant for lunch...it was pretty damn good.

Still dream about my meal at Michael Mina.

But it's got a weird reputation, sorta uppity but feels false. Hard to explain.

The food was amazing though, one of the best meals of my life.

I had a nice goat dish at an Ethiopian restaurant on or near Haight and Ashbury.

That's about all I got.

I ate at this place last Monday night. I put it in the top 5, maybe even top 3, best restaurant experiences I've had.

Enjoy.

That places looks solid.

I think I would have trouble ordering anything but Apps. Def. go with grilled octopus, and lamb riblets.

What did you order?

Are you still out there? I went to Perbacco in Sept. and was very impressed. Great food town that will take more trips to fully explore.

I wish I was still out there. I probably would have gone back for a second meal.

There was two of us. We had the Octapodaki tou Yiorgou(grilled octopus), Psari Psito(whole seabass), Arnisio Souvlaki(spiced lamb skewer), and a bottle of Pinot that was recommended. I finished my meal with the Greek coffee which was great.

The service was amazing as well. We got rained out of the Sierra Mtns that day so we made a quick trip into S.F. wearing nothing but jeans and t-shirts. I was curious if they'd even let us in but they were glad too. Server was on top of everything and very helpful in recommending food and drink and even some drinking holes we hit later that night.

I'll def check on some of the places mentioned here when I go back.

If you want to try some really good Vietnamese try out Crustacean. I went to the one in Beverly Hills, but I think the San Francisco one is the same.

Rosted crab and garlic noodles were mind blowing
