Is BO2 lagging constantly for anyone else?

Just got on today for the first time in a while. Every game, any lobby, unrelenting lagging. It's not my connection, as far as I can tell. No noticeable lag at all in other games, and my internet connection is testing normal on the PS3.
Is it a me problem other than connection?

Precisely why I have stopped playing it here lately. 2-3 bar lagging BS.

I been playing the last couple of days and it hasn't been that bad for me.
Then again I usually only get lag near and after game update patches and 2xp weekends.
