In 2004 Ohio State set the record with 14 players drafted in a single draft:

Do we break that record this weekend?

NFL.com lists LSU as having 16 draft prospects:

Mingo
Reid
Minter
Logan
Mathieu
Montgomery

Simon
Edwards
Faulk
Ford
Ware
Lonergan
Dworaczyk
Hurst
Wing
Shepard

IMO it is going to come down to Hurst and Shep. Gotta hope a team takes a late round flier on Shep. Hopefully, it will be one of the teams that is thinking about switching him to CB.

Regardless, going to be one of the best all time drafts for the Tigers!

No, I don't think it will happen. But still should be pretty close, maybe around 10-11.
Simon- maybe 5th or 6th if someone wants to take a chance
Edwards- 4th, maybe 5th
Faulk- 4th, maybe 5th
Ford- 7th-undrafted
Ware-6th-7th
Lonergan-7th
Dworaczyk- undrafted
Hurst- undrafted
Wing- 6th-7th
Shepard- undrafted

There's the qualifier of the draft being many more rounds back then, too.

Simon, Edwards, and Faulk are probably the only locks to get drafted left.

I think someone takes Wing, and Ware and 11 ends up being the number.

My bad. I didn't look it up, but I thought they went to 7 rounds around 2007. The price for getting old.

The SEC record is 10 set by Tennessee in 2000. I will be happy to break that.
