This thread has a very positive tone, which is great, but I've been a lurker here for a couple of years now, and I'd have to say that the RB often has a very self-indulgent, know-it-all attitude. I personally think the information here is great - you can follow recruiting at a healthy level of depth. But the discussion can be downright obnoxious. The imaginary war against the "Rantards" is a little silly. I mean... they are essentially being blamed for recruiting misses this year. A little bizarre.

I mean no offense. Like I said, I value this place. But I don't feel particularly invited to join the discussion. There is a reason I only have 45 posts.

Don't worry within the next week or two you will see this board get back to normal. All the stuff that went down on here within the last month will geaux away.

Here is a nice tip for someone that doesn't want to join a pay site:

Register for Rivals free info access.

Click on the link for Rivals 2014 Watch List.

Click on a player(s) that you want to follow. (I'll just through out a random suggestion - Leonard Fornette).

Under the players picture is an "Add to Favorites" button.

Make that page one of your internet favorites for eazy access.

Then, everytime you see a new player being discussed on TD, you can add them to your Rivals Favorites List. It helps to add a name to a face and gives you the player location and measurables all on one short list.

Or just click on the 2014 list on the RB.

the best advice i can give is dont start threads for a while and intergrate that way
