Hello All! This is my first post on the board.
Tonight I stuffed some burgers with a mixture of olives, roasted garlic and mushrooms. I topped them with gouda. They were the best burgers I have ever made! What are some other ideas for stuffing burgers?

i'm not a fan of olives, so i'll shy away from that one.

my favorite stuffed burgers i've made were ones with stuffed with bacon and feta cheese.

We do blue cheese and diced onions. Then top with sauteed mushrooms...

That settles it, burgers tommorrow

I was going to add sundried tomatoes but thought I had enough.
onions, gorgonzola, bacon and Jalapenos are next!

Smoked Gouda is by far the best cheese for a burger that I've found. Second place is a slice of Munster and a slice or sharp cheddar.
