Just said at the half time of the Louisville game "If you think you are getting Jon Gruden, you are not. Jon Gruden is not going back to coach college. You have a better chance of getting John Madden."

love it. I don't disagree. He hasn't coached college since 1991, which is older than the guys he would be trying to recruit.
