FIFA Manager Mode Question

So I took the England job, got them qualified for the World Cup but now for like the next two years (through summer 2014) the only thing on my calendar is like 10 International Friendlies.
1. Is there any point in playing these games?
2. When will I get to play competitive games again?

1. Not really, I see them as a fun break between the club schedule.
2. The World Cup, unless you're in the Confederations Cup.

Boo, that means I have to play two full club seasons before I get to play another meaningful national team game.

How do you get the unlockable kits and celebrations (besides those who pre-ordered the game) ?

Well there may be some that are, but I've played some kids online who have used the unlockable jerseys and celebrations. I distinctly remember someone doing the Balotelli Flex with Robben
Also, the celebration where they all get in a circle and jump around/dance and the celebration where the player skips as he runs. These two I have also encountered online.

You should be getting "credits" as you play and you can purchase the things you mentioned at the EAS FC (EA sports futbol club) store. On the xbox you just press X to on the home screen to get there.

You unlock it with your VP.
I unlocked the Balotelli one using them.
