I signed up for the wait list, but realistically what are my chances of getting season tickets? I'm not a high roller getting a suite, I'm looking to get two of the seats ON TOP of the lights. I just want to be able to go to the games. Will I need to sacrifice body parts or un-born children?

I have been on the list for nearly 5 years now, the first email I got back from them was a notification to let me know that I was still on the list however there were plenty of New Orleans Hornets tickets available. (this was right after Benson purchased the Hornets) If I purchased Hornets tickets my name in the list could possibly be moved up.

A sacrifice is probably needed. The best way is to find a friend that is giving up theirs and have them transfer the seats (though this is rare enough). The waiting list is ridiculous.

Forget ever getting up in the cheap seats. Those will never come available. You may however get called for the rich and famous section.

Check Saintsreport.com every now and then. Some people on there give up their seats and sell them. I've seen it happen a few times. It's worth a shot.

I got called 2 years ago and was offered plaza club seats. I had been on the waiting list since it startedso I bit the bullet.

Last year I called up and was able to switch my 2 seats for 4 terrace seats. I'm pretty sure that's an anomaly though.

this is how I got my season tickets. Had a friend of friend who's husband had the tickets, he passed, and she doesn't like going to the games. She had a nephew who wasn't a saints fan, so she knew he would sell the tickets and not go to the games. I lucked up big time, because I got those tickets the year we went to Superbowl.

Also, any season tickets that come available through the Saints are first offered to season ticket holders. I love that the waiting list is so long. It allows me to sell some of my season tickets to pay for the rest of mine that I use to go to the games.

Buy them off stubhub. Not like there aren't some available.
