Of the four mentioned, I think RSJ has the highest potential to come in and start from day one. I think he could not only start, but be highly effective from day one similar to what Roy Williams did at Texas years ago.

That's funny but we are dying for some news on the RB.....I get tired of seeing the same threads...
I hope what they are saying is true...signing RN would be huge! Of course if this was to happen all we would hear from other SEC schools as well as clemson would be "I wonder how much they paid him" and things like that...

With the depth chart and history of putting dlinemen in the , I thought LSU was in for a huge haul of dline recruits. I wouldn't call the recruits we have locked up (including Gilmore) a superior class.. But it would be nastyyy if we could finish with t williams, beckwith, and RN

If we finish with Gilmore, RN, Williams and Beckwidth, with the guys we already have committed, that would have to be the best DL haul ever in LSU history. UF had a nice bunch in Urban's last year, Shariff Floyd, Ronald Powell and Dominique Easley. I think I am leaving someone else off in that bunch.

Dabo Swinney would be PISSED. Pretty much half of RN's high school team is in that class (okay, maybe 5 including him), but that would put him in a bind.
Whatever, RN did his job. Got his teammates a scholly, now he wants to play big boy football

Recently listened to a podcast interview of Gilmore. He's pretty much all LSU. He talks about playing the 3 technique and playing DE. He says he needs to get stronger(only benches 295) and needs to learn to use his hands better. Can't wait until Brick coaches him up and Moffitt transforms him the weight room.

No locks in recruiting. That said, I will be suprised if we don't land at least 3 of the 4.
I think we'll take at least 4, likely 5 more. 6 is possible as well.
I don't think any of the 4 could come in and start. RSJ is the most favorable of the group but he's not starting over Landry, Beckham and Wright. Leslie would probably start before him as well. Maybe at TE, which is where I think he ends up eventually. I seem to be in the minority on that one.
