Thanks. It must've been hearing Cotton Eye Joe 1000 times that warped my memory. Regionally it sets up well for A&M to come to BR. However, the East Coast/West Coast matchups make for some potential travel nightmares. With as well as A&M/Arky would travel, it might make some sense to pair them up out West.

Rogers has Texas as a 2 seed in our regional, which would be easy as hell.
But, there is no way in hell Texas will be a 2 seed. I just don't get his infatuation with them. They have been mediocre at best this year and the Big 12 has been awful as a whole.

So many Horns accused Kendall of being way to pro-A&M back in the day (Kendall Rogers is an A&M grad), so he really tries to appease them as much as possible, IMO.
I like Kendall. He's a wonderful guy to know and his family are some amazing people, but he tries a little hard to appease the Texas fans sometimes, not to mention his wife is a Horn.

Would love for Miami to get sent to BR as a #2 seed. At least hoping for some interesting matchups in the regionals if the super regional pairing is going to be Rice or A&M.
