Any suggestions for a casual place for dinner in cbd or quarter tonight? Looking to spend under $60 total (no booze).

If you want to eat outside, the Green Goddess (1/4) is a good spot. You could dine easily for $60. Strange-ish food though.

Cochon Butcher is really good and not that expensive compared to the restaurant. You could easily get sandwiches, an appetizer and wine/beer for around $60.

Approx $60 total for two people not counting tip. Can be a little more if worth it. Im thinking about $20-25 for entrees if that helps.

With those criteria you have a wide range of options, Cochon, Luke, and Cafe Adelade come to mind.

Check Murial's website. There's a 3 course fixed price menu there. Food is very good. Nice location and atmosphere. Might be just above $30 a person, if I recall.

Agree on Luke in the CBD. You could manage there and Cuchon, also.

I believe the Muriels pre-fix is 29.95 per person and it's good.

I just checked. It's gone up to $34.95 for the 3 course dinner. I thought I'd seen that when I looked for someone else not too long ago. Food is solid, though, and worth it, in my opinion, all things considered. 2 course lunch is about $17 bucks.
