He's jogging at a 12 mph pace, his leg is at 85% strength and is ahead of pace. But, because of the lockout lost his NFL insurance with the Giants.

Just checked back in.....It was an update on the progress of his rehab. He's up to running 12mph on the treadmill and going to rehab nearly every day. He still fully believes he's going to play football again. Said that the leg is up to 85% of what it used to be.
But they did say that he has one more major surgery to go through then that should do it. But it doesn't seem to phase him in his determination to get back on the field. He said the current lockout situation is hurting him because he can't be covered by the Giants' insurance. That's the hardest part right now.
But Chad appears to be working his arse off to get back into the shape he was in at draft time.

Championships or not, Chad is a "Capital T, Tiger!" I'd love to shake his hand. God Bless you, son!!!

Best of luck to him throughout this process. Would love to see him put on an NFL uni someday soon. I don't think anyone could ever question his motivation.
