Suggestions on gunsmiths/refinishers

Guys, please help a brother out.
I would like to have nights sights (likely Novak) installed on a Colt 1911 and Browning HP. Both will require milling. I can get this work done by Novak directly, and had at least one gunsmith recommend letting them do it.
But I also would like to have a commander style hammer and beavertail grip safetey installed on the 1911, and then have it refinished. Ideally, I'd prefer to have a one stop shop to handle all the work instead of having to deal with multiple dealers and especially shipping headaches.
I live in Austin and am starting local investigation on sources, but as I travel to the the motherland often I'd be willing to leave my guns with a BR/NO area 'smith.
Any suggestions on someone who can do all the work, or at least the parts and refinishing work on the 1911? Thanks in advance.

Reynerson's on Hooper has always been my go to place. It's in Central/Baton Rouge.
