As mentioned a solid steak is found at most any hotel. Celebrity chef joints in the Wynn, Bellagio, Caesars, Venetian, Mandalay, MGM, etc..get deserved hype, and the lion's share of attention.

But, if getting off the Strip, there is Mortons, Ruth Chris, Palm, Rosemary's, Tillerman, etc..locally. Also if willing to venture downtown, there is Hugo's Cellar at 4 Queens, Austin's at Texas,etc..

Thanksgiving is coming soon, be sure to visit a Capriotti's..get The Bobbie!

You can't go a block in Las Vegas without running into a good steakhouse. The real issues are what sort of atmosphere are you looking for, and what is your budget? If you want a more lively atmosphere with a younger crowd, then you might consided N9ne at the Palms or Boa in the Forum Shoppes at Caesar's.
