Yep it’s over. He’s old and done. Least physical Bama team in years. I saw the Bobby Bowden open mouth WTFAI look more than once. I think everyone in attendance knew it too.

No we didn’t. They whipped our asses all game long until we mounted a nice comeback.

Now this is just a dumb statement even for you. LSU led for most of the 1st half and Bama didn't score in the game until 2:52 mark in the 2nd quarter. Bama hasn't even been shut out in the 1st quarter in years. Now, LSU didn't beat them from beginning to end because they obviously had a 13-point lead at one point and the final score is what matters in the end.

However, LSU was the more physical team. Bama's 6-yard rushing output at Bryant-Denny was their worst in program history. Yet LSU managed to have a 100-yard rusher.

Bama was physical on D, but LSU's D snapped Bama's NCAA-record streak of scoring 31+ points against opponents all while knocking the living shite out of their QB (so much so that Saban was stroking out on the refs because he couldn't believe a physical hit like Ward had on Young could be clean). Bama won and that is what matters, but nobody thinks they whipped our asses all game long because they didn't.

Stadium was full. I sat in what was suppose to be the lower bowl Lsu section. We were surrounded by Bama fans and had to dodge pom poms to the face most of the game.

I haven’t had the chance to watch the replay yet, but sounds like Espn must have muted the background noise. Otherwise I’m not sure how your didn’t hear the music/fans.

Fwiw, there were no Let’s go Brandon chants by the masses. I can attest to that. One or two guys in the section over randomly said it. But that was it.

Saban was slack jawed and drooling. The vaccine has done a number on him and Bama fans are starting to turn on him. Doesn’t bode well for the future.

A grand total of 6 yards rushing. First time in 34 + games they did not score a double digit win. Held them to only 20 points, first time in 20 games they did not score 40+ points. Held them scoreless in 2 out of 4 quarters. First time in 100 games they did not score in the first quarter

Held them to 20!!!? They held us to 14, or did you notice? You are using the fact the we stayed within single digits to prove that we should have won.
Scoreless in 2 of 4 quarters? WTF difference does that make?

They beat us by 6 points. There was nothing flukey about it. If we’d have done this and if they’d have done that we would have won. Yeah, but if Oklahome had held LSU to 60 fewer points they’d have played for the natty.

Come on. If you can’t see the difference there I don’t know what to tell you.

A few missed throws vs the physical inability to cover for an entire game.

This was in response to the dumb comment about bama whipping our arse. Nothing to do with we should have won the game & that was nowhere in my comment.

6 yards rushing for Rahl Todd.

That's ultra surprising from the Defense that's coordinated by Joneshoyang. Primadonas and quitters gone and an actual team
shows up to represent ULSU.

This program has got to get away from the NFLSU BS and those that are only interested in LSU as a way and means to accomplish that.

LSU First has got to be the new standard.......

Alabama's quarterback made bad decisions all day long. Had receivers open and didn't throw the ball. Had room to run and didn't run.

And, LSU still got beat. Orgeron and moral victories are one in the same, a joke.

Saban is in the process of losing his mojo, and the fans are starting to realize it. The timing of our coaching search is fortuitous. If we'd waited another year we may be going head to head with Bama.

Alabama is the most overrated team in the country. It would be a travesty if they make the playoffs, but I kind of suspect they won't. If they even make the SECCG (likely, but no guarantee) Georgia will destroy them.

I thought the stadium was pretty quiet, but ESPN had the crowd mic muted. Didn’t know that until after the game. There were apparently some let’s go Brandon chants going on, so woke ESPN can’t allow Lord Biden to be talked bad about on national television

Friends at the game said it was very loud. I was watching on tv and thought differently. They came over and watched the replay…said same thing, that ESPN muted the crowd noise. Lame
