re: Crypto Trading Bots

I got trapped under ADA about 10 days ago but it roared back to life today. I also began liquidating some "moon shot stocks" to add more juice. When I added more $, I upped the BO and SO values.

today is the first day most of my bots are going in deeper with about 60-70% of my pool money getting tied up. time to see how well this thing really works.

yeah same, I've got like 5 usd available. but ATOM is killing it. that thing has been pinging me with executed sale orders all day long.

Same here. I survived that drop from a couple weeks ago, but not the big one that happened recently.

I'm just waiting for the market to turn around. The profits will be nice.

so far impressed with bots. Was really worried with the big dip at first.

i was able to cover all my bots anywhere from 24-40% after this big dip. i did run out of my pool funds.

Some lessons learned. Currently still overall in the pool amount "red" but even during the dip and from here on out continued to turn profits on bots. As we continue to trend relatively sideways the small daily profits chips away at the deficit and when/if we rebound fully ill be in good position.

I did select to take losses on 2-3 bots just to open up funds for other bots.

have 2 stinker bots that are maxed out and need some substantial gains to pay out, but as long as the other continue to profit they can sit.

That big dip got me stalled out. Didn’t want to put more funds into it, so I’ve been stuck for 4-5 days.

Few deals are starting to close today and freeing up some funds. Was a good lesson learned, tempting to overextend when things are good and you have 60-70% USD in your wallet not working for you, but this is what can happen. I’ll be looking at my setting a bit closer to balance the protection from a big dip and trying to maximize profits day to day.

has anyone played around with the safety order step scale any?

ive noticed its not uncommon an asset that is getting deeper into SO (10-20) will often get into a nice rebound, only to fail to get to the selling point by the thinnest of margins. im curious what would be the best option to reduce the required height of climb needed to get a bot in action faster outside of taking smaller profit percent.

Ok guys, I hope one of you can answer 2 questions. I'm loving the bots, but always wanting to learn more.



1- I notice that over time, I start to accumulate coins even though it's not set for that. I'm not really sure why that is happening. But it's pulling funds from my pool. 2 Current examples:

- ETH... It's on it's 2nd safety trade. Right now it has a balance of 0.02277675 ETH and then available balance of 0.01777675.

In looking at the events tab in 3 commas,this BOT has placed it's 3rd saefty trade and Profit taking trade it reads:

I own $90 worth due to whatever is happening. And it's only going to sell $20.10 in this 3rd safety/profit taking trade. Is this always going to be a manual trade that I have to make?

I also notice that this 3rd safety/profit taking set up is now at 1.70% in order to execute.


The main issue I see is that if this continues in this pattern there will be no USD to work with because it will all be in coin.

That makes no sense to me.

3commas is trying to say it's what they call dust. The order was "too small".


If there is no safety order placed, and it sells... it sells all of it. It's literally happening only when a safety order is executed.

I've got multiple bots maxed out at 20 to 25 safety order. Who knows when they will get out
