Post it then. You called me out on a Georgia court case ruling on "immediate knowledge" saying that that never happened and you know what I did?

I posted it.

You're a fraud who's all talk.

Why are you asking me to name the felony and at the same time asking me to list the items he stole?

Agreed. It's something I can't even fathom.

A bit like thinking a woman can have a penis.

Half of this country lives in a different reality and no amount of honest conversation will bridge that gap.

They are just cheerleaders for a failed ideology.

Arbery was convicted of a felony gun crime in 2013.

And to answer your other question...

The homeowner said there was $2,500 worth of off shore fishing gear stolen.

Stupid arse retard.

Ummmm…. Because you claim both and can’t back up either?

If I'm claiming both, and one of those two things is the claim that he was suspected of stealing from a property within that neighborhood, doesn't that answer the remaining question of what felony he was suspected of committing?

Again, you have the mental deficits required to charge someone with a shotgun while another armed person is backing him up. Which explains why you have such an affinity to Arbery... Two dumb shite peas in the same dumb shite pod.

I have asked you repeatedly what was he suspected of stealing from the no side. You can not answer

It was the law before the General Assembly repealed it earlier this year in light of this case.

Cool. Whatever.

That makes no difference. They will fall under the old law when the incident happened.

So does any private citizen have the right to pull a gun and detain another citizen when they get suspicious?

Does the law require you to have a list of things stolen before you try and interject with a citizen's arrest?

I must have missed that part of the law. Can you cite that part for me?

At the time of this incident, yes. Another poster claimed that law has changed now because of this incident. So, not sure anymore...

In Georgia, at that time, yes they had that right so long as they had reasonable suspicion of a felony.

The court case will hinge on that.

That said, Arbery was a POS thief, he knew why he was being followed, and instead of waiting for police decided to charge two armed men.

I just hope he didn't reproduce.

Why was their suspicion reasonable? Was he carrying around the fishing gear mentioned earlier?

I cannot prove why it is, reasonable is ultimately a subjective item and each person will have their own threshold as to what constitutes reasonable.

That's why you're tried by a jury of more than one person.

Oh sure. But what is their reasoning? Or have they not unveiled that?
