Ahmaud Arbery murder suspects seek to ban Confederate flag license plate from evidence

I can understand this. Seems like it would serve no purpose other than to prejudice the jury. By itself the license plate doesn't prove anything.

Vanity license plate... Is this a state tag, or a big Confederate flag?
I'm okay with either one-but I have a lot more questions if the tag was state issued, or if it was something else...

Arbery wasn't running because of some freaking license plate, but those two doofuses need to spend several decades in jail. Introducing that license plate would only have the effect of inflaming the jury.

They thought Arbery burglarized a house. They had every right to stop him.

First off, this dude wasn’t just jogging.
Second, they had no right to make a citizens arrest and ended up killing a man. They will face the consequences of that.
And it doesn’t matter how you feel. Ga state law says they had no right to engage this guy because they didn’t witness him committing an actual crime.

The police were called by a guy standing across the street from the house under construction. Ahmad sprints out of the house at some point in the video footage and not long after a police car zooms by on the camera.
