99% sure they were aware of that video and were in contact with the property owner. That's how they knew of burglaries happening in their neighborhood, because it was shite being stolen from the only house there that couldn't be locked up yet because it hadn't reached that state of construction.

A guy running by their house, who matches the description of someone who had been stealing from their neighborhood already, and whom another neighbor saw him leaving the property which had been robbed earlier.

Night and day? Good lord you are stupid. Did they witness him in the act of walking through a house under construction immediately before chairing him down with guns? This is a one word yes or no question. What is your answer?

Him matching a description/video of a guy who had already stolen shite from that property meets that requirement
What items were stolen? Be specific

Actually he said nothing was stolen, and the video I saw never showed Ahmaud. It was diff people that went in there at night.
They had reported stuff being stolen out of a vehicle.
That’s where the 1% gets you.
I gave up on this case but seriously looked into it because I thought it was bs these dudes just shite some dude jogging. They didn’t.
Imo they illegally engaged in a citizens arrest. So everything that happened after shouldn’t matter. You could have a legit argument Ahmaud had the right to defend himself at that point.
And I’m not sure that’s a good argument, but I’m certain these guys really had no reason to chase.

Damn, they need to figure out ways to communicate across long distances. It's the 21st century for crying out loud!

Considering what the BLM mob does, I'm unsurprised the homeowner bowed out. He put up cameras, and reviewed the footage often, for a reason.

What constitutes immediate knowledge in the state of Georgia?
Posted on 10/6/21 at 8:55 pm to mouton
I’m actually agreeing with mouton on why the dad and son, I forget their names, are not going to get off on this.
But, I don’t think Ahmaud is some saint of a kid just scared of whitey jogging around admiring cheap building of homes in GA.

A private person may arrest an offender if the offense is committed in his presence or within his immediate knowledge. If the offense is a felony and the offender is escaping or attempting to escape, a private person may arrest him upon reasonable and probable grounds of suspicion.
You retard.

They fricking chased him in a truck with the son in the back wielding a weapon.
That shite doesn’t fly. I don’t give a frick if you are allowed to carry. I lived in GA for 17 years.
It's the law. Keep crying. Pussy.

Okay so like I said I stopped following this because my feeling was they all are culpable.
I hadn’t seen that first link you provided. That is him and you saw he ran out of there starting from inside the house. Which is exactly what he did in the day of his death.
Idk, I think in his mind that was the ploy to tell people what he was doing to go steal shite. And him actually running maybe knowing the camera was there was is get out of trouble card.
It just ended in a different way.
We shall see how this goes, but will these be shown to the jury?
Btw I would beat your arse, retard strength and all.
I forgot to add it still doesn’t show him committing a felony. I can think all involved fricked up. shite on the internet doesn’t have to be all one side or the other.

So because I don't have an itemized list of things stolen I'm ignorant of this case?
Which of us didn't know what constituted immediate knowledge in the state of Georgia?

Maybe because he lived a few hundred miles from his construction site? You do realize these cameras are not expensive right?
