If the prosecution wants the Confederate plate in, then the defense should be able to bring up Arbery's criminal past.
Criminal past of stealing while on foot and claiming he was fricking jogging to be specific.

Going into a house under construction is not a felony.
He didn’t actually steal anything. But yes he was arrested for stealing in the past.
The son and dad lived a few houses down. They saw him run past their place, they never saw him commit a fricking felony.
That’s the law, they broke the fricking law.

They just need reasonable grounds of suspicion.
Him matching a description/video of a guy who had already stolen shite from that property meets that requirement.

Do they have that though?
It seems to me it’s pretty clear. They didn’t witness Ahmaud actually committing a crime.
And past video shows other people that weren’t Ahmaud entering the property.
I don’t think these guys had the right to chase this guy down with a gun and kill him. He wasn’t a threat to them when he ran by their house.
Saw the edit, but it wasn’t Ahmaud on the video to my knowledge.

Did they have a right to chase after him and try and get him to stop?
And did they have a right to defend themselves when Arbery tried to grab one of their guns?

The first part is no, so it makes the second irrelevant.
If some bald dude robbed you then you saw me in your neighborhood and killed me because I’m bald and fit the description, and that’s okay, then we lived in a fricked up world of what actual justice is.

That's not an accurate description of what happened, and the fact that you're characterizing it like that is the perfect example of what's wrong with this country.

diate knowledge. If the offense is a felony and the offender is escaping or attempting to escape, a private person may arrest him upon reasonable and probable grounds of suspicion

What felony or any crime whatsoever did they witness or have direct knowledge of??!!!??!?

Arbery grabbed the shotgun.
Georgia law allows anyone to carry a long gun without a permit.
Georgia law also allows indivduals to make a citizen's arrest.
I posted the law. Quit being a pussy. Pussy.

Georgia courts already set precedent. Immediate knowledge extends one step beyond an actual witness. If any neighbor notified them (which I believe is the case) that they saw Arbery on the property and thought that he stole something, that would count as immediate knowledge.
Except this did not happen

What’s an accurate description?
Ahmaud past tells me he was snooping. His actions tell me he was up to no good. But I’m seeing all of this after the fact and from camera footage not from the two guys house.
They didn’t have this knowledge before hand other than shite had been stolen before in the neighborhood.
Last time I had a gun pulled on me in Baton Rouge, I ran the other way. Call me a coward, but I’m still alive. I don’t have disarming skills so I’m sure as frick not going towards someone with a gun.
Again, a handful of idiots ruined their lives that day.

But the defendants had no knowledge of this so how is it relevant?

For what? Arbery grabbed the shotgun. He literally tried to disarm a man holding a shotgun. It's on video.

Lol I’d beat your arse you dick.
Show me where Ahmaud committed a felony.
They fricking chased him in a truck with the son in the back wielding a weapon.
That shite doesn’t fly. I don’t give a frick if you are allowed to carry. I lived in GA for 17 years.
