False.
First of all, she’s had Covid in the past, so she has antibodies the natural way.
Secondly, your risk assessment is rooted in hysteria. The actual odds are that a person with kidney “failure” would be fine even if they get Covid. It’s just that their odds are worse than someone without kidney failure.
If she hadn’t had Covid previously, it would make the most sense for her to get the shot. Since she’s had Covid already, it’s a toss up guess.

You’re cool with doctors maliciously refusing medical treatment to someone because they don’t want to take a vaccine for a virus with a 99.8% survival rate? If you go on the transplant list you agree to comply with many, many rules. She obviously agreed to comply with all of them, but this one. Any negative outcome she may suffer is laid at the feet of all the crazy anti vax nutjobs.
