Ummm...you know that is only the first AMENDMENTS to the Constitution, right?
The document establishes the SCOTUS and certainly you know that if SCOTUS determines a law to be "unconstitutional" then that law is null and void. Thus, it indeed interprets (tells us what it means) the Constitution and, in that area alone, is superior even to Congress and POTUS agreeing on a thing.

Everybody said "Texas is done".
We have a new abortion law, which doesn't go far enough.
We have constitutional carry, bout damned time.
We've done a great job with the "virus".
If someone comes to mind that can do a better job than Abbott/Paxton, please give us a name otherwise, vote democrat and see how it works out for you.
All you can do is vote for the most conservative candidate so, do your home work and act.
If Texas falls, it won't be from lack of trying on their part and, it will more than likely affect the nation as a whole.
The rest of you fricks that don't live in a border state, should thank your lucky stars the Texas is here.
TEXIT would solve a lot of the issue's at the river. It would no longer be a federal border.

If I was running against O’Rourke, all of my campaign ads would be stentorian actors reading Beto’s poem about killing children. In a day and age where once using using a word that is only now considered a slur is disqualifying, it’s very telling that the establishment keeps trying to resurrect this guy. Creeps

You are spot on and I fully agree with you. I will be voting for Allen West in the primaries. The problem is that Abbot has big money and he will most certainly win the primaries and then its either him or some fricktard like O'Rourke.
