State Farm did not for us in LC last year, a local agent tried telling higher ups to try living in Louisiana with no AC or water to no avail

Damn shame ... no water should be qualifying on it's own

Not to mention the mold/water damage that getting an ac working quickly can help you avoid. I did go from 5% to 2% after Laura with State Farm.

Step 1. Doc that you have no AC and H2O
Step 2. Doc that you have medical condition (anything a prescription for, sleep apnea, etc)
Step 3. Apply for Loss of Use
Step 4. If denied, get Dept of Ins involved.
Step 5. Profit.
