The GFS has gone from Central Mexico to Brownsville to Corpus Christi and now to Lake Charles in the past 24-30 hours.
Definitely not nearly as consistent as it was for Fred or even Grace at this point.

Theres a bit more going on here than both Fred and Grace had. A pacific system getting going, its big and could have trouble getting a center consolidated and exactly where.
Spread is wide right now, expect more movement until we get a low level center.
But with the potential intensity, Texas and Louisiana should be ready to start hurricane prep.
