I know this will be downvoted to hell, but did the track move 15-20 miles east or west at the 4am or 10am updates? All I can tell is that the cone shrunk some as it gets closer

Yeah just one of America's most vital ports. It may not be much "civilization" but A LOT of civilization relies on that port. Whether they realize it or not.
