Also, this is my post on my home AU Board.
My observations of Auburn for this past weekend...
One day, AU is going to hire me.....
As I try to spend as much time as I can out among fellow fans and around the town and university, every week I give compliments for the things that we are doing right and recommendations for things that we need improvement in.
We are doing things really well for the most part and it does not go unnoticed and I thank the AD, City, and University for the efforts.
My recommendations for improvement this week:
Garbage:
We need temporary, cardboard garbage receptacles in the tailgating areas and periodic emptying of them (ala UF, Ark, and MSU). This has to be just as cost effective as paying for the Sunday cleanup.
Safety:
Folks, we have to have a traffic light at Woodfield and College by the Museum.
It is a blind, wooded area around a swooping curve where after all the touch and go in downtown, people fly around it. It is a 45 MHP and the average speed is 60. I saw three wrecks there (one including a several hundred thousand dollar RV) within 45 minutes.
Let us put a traffic light there and hopefully save someone's life.

We have actual trash cans that are dropped off 2+ for each tent. And at least one recycle bin per tent.

Momma - Best Jumbalaya I ever had made in a rice cooker. You are great and it was a pleasure to meet you.
Bradley - Tigerwalk was too much. I'll bet Tuberville never shakes a corndogs hand again - til after the game.
Nick - Hope your buddy got in with his ticket...still looked like it was missing something to me.
Neck - Hope you guys made it home safe. If it was not for my wife I'd still be in a field up there somewhere
