Gotcha, I was referring to the 250-500 as a one-time jump and keep it there.

frick yeah- I made the thread and then came back and holy shite- we had a comma war going on.
To answer some questions about the reverse diet- we’ve slowly ramped up calories 100 cal/week over a few months.
We’re one week out from doing a cut- buuut…I am lifting heavy (for me)- 225 lbs bench for reps, 100 lb DBs (flat) for reps, 405 deadlift for reps. So I am totally, absolutely pumped up about my strength gains on the program.
Funny thing is- my trainer neglected to tell me that 6 scoops of protein powder a day wouldn’t be so good. Y’all did too, and so did my doctor who had a good laugh about it on Thursday.
