High rises are Supposed to sequence and return one by one to ground floor via generator. May take awhile though.

I'm in Place St Charles and they just came on the intercom and said estimate from Entergy is 20 hours.

2 or 3 years ago a raccoon caused a fire and power failure at a refinery up the river. Sadly I’m pretty sure it was an Entergy substation involved as well.
