Can confirm - they are no longer cleaning up the poo on downtown sidewalks regularly. Lots of skidmarks and streaks left in addition to the normal amount of fresh dumps.
I am starting to think some business owners are being forced to clean up the mess in front of their doorstep so their potential customers will still come inside.
