Clemson is about the only school that does this.

Not sure why you’re so passionate about this and feel the need to attack me. I shared news and my opinion. I didn’t flame the kid. I just don’t like to see commits visiting other schools. Maybe I’m old school but once I commit, it seems like the flirting stops.

Same question, same response. I’m not saying he can’t or saying anything bad about it.
I am saying that, I feel that once someone is committing to anything, the outside interaction should stop. This is not tied to football or free visits.

Nothing is official until a signed LOI is received by LSU. Until then - you look around & we look around. No hard feelings on either side.

From a player's perspective, LSU could equally decide to cut ties with the committed player as well, i.e...Major Burns. I wouldn't blame a player for not putting all their eggs in one basket when it comes to a life changing decision like this.

These kids been sitting for the last 12-14 months. No camps, no visits, etc... and you want him to pass up on free opportunities after everything has opened back up?

Prospects will probably be taking more visits than ever this cycle because everything was locked down for the last year because of Covid

Disagree with your take also. I believe it was Kary Vincent who was going to other visits trying to pull recruits to LSU a few cycles ago. Do you not want that to be a possibility as well?
