I’m sure some of you Baws may not have been born (which totally makes me traumatized bc it seems like yesterday I was listening to it on a spring break adventure)

Anyone who seeks approbation or validation from these types by prostrating themselves to meet their insane demands deserves whatever idiotic opprobrium is inflicted upon them.
I might have more sympathy if the statement ended with the comments in bold:
We have been told this decision has been made because In recent days, concerns have been raised regarding one of the cars in my muscle car collection. The car was built 17 years ago as a replica and homage to the iconic car in the television series, The Dukes of Hazzard. That CBS show was one of the highest rated and most popular programs of its era and like millions of others, I watched it every week. In the show, one of the central ‘characters’ was a muscle car which displayed a confederate flag on its roof. Years ago I put that car in permanent storage yet in no way does that car indicate that I believe that black people are 2nd class citizens and it indeed demeans the real struggles black Americans have faced and overcome to suggest otherwise.

I think that most of you guys are missing the whole point.
Because of a person politics does that mean their music should removed from Award winning nominations?
What is the criteria for an award in Music now days? Make sure that the paint job on your car is acceptable?
I made the comment earlier... The "N" word is soo bad that I wont use it.. I am teaching my kids not to use it.. But it's in all the new music being released and the grammy's nominated things like that for song of the year.
Does that mean that me and my kids can only recite parts of the song and not other parts.. While certain select individuals can have the privilege of doing so?
If we can't recite the whole song, can we then get the song for a discounted price?
