My eyesight is poor. Not genetically, just looking at these computer screens for 20 years...

I could maul some reds, they’ll likely be the star of the weekend no matter what you do with them (outside of overcooking them).

So they did get USDA inspected. Good for them. They should get into all the stores they can possibly get into.

What Rouse's did you buy those? The one at Vets and Causeway is kinda slow on getting new product..

I cooked the andouille in a gumbo today, very very nice. love the flavor, nice heat too.

Bought some today at Rouses, surprised the Andouille had very little smoke.

Bourgeois in Houma was doing it. Not sure if they still are. The basically had to create a process for the Board Of Health to approve before they could make it.

I use Best Stop andouille and Bourque's smoked sausage in every gumbo, great stuff !

Went to the Rouse's at Causeway and Vets and they had Best Stop Boudin.. $4.99 for the 14 oz pack..

They also had Double D (Hot and Mild) 3 LB packs for $6.99.

Winn-Dixie has beef tenderloin for $5.99 a LB. Whole and sliced..
