The surface low track ended up trending NW over the last 36hrs of model runs, along with the best forcing. So wind profiles were not favorable and it ended up just being some heavy rain. We were able to work around the rain, do fireworks and not injure anyone in the process.

Things happen. Just like the USPS is a legitimate Govt function but also sometimes doesn’t deliver
