It’s tanking boys. The crash is going to be as fun as the climb. Saw a down print for the first time since March. Inventory is catching up

Great news. My house plans should be done this week. My wife and I are excited to start building our first home but the lumber prices were making us nervous

Thanks for this update. i hope so. i just called our builder and told him to hold out on our composite decking material. our deck is 80' wide (spans the back of our house) and our composite decking estimate doubled which is a significant amount of money. hopefully it drops fast enough to still order and install before completion. we were given 6 week lead time and scheduled completion house completion is December 14th.
