A few more just to give you an idea of how packed the little islands are. Every square inch has various birds on it - its a bit overwhelming as far as trying to pick what to shoot since there is so much going on.

If you are into bird watching or photography this is definitely a target-rich environment.

Be sure to bring some binoculars or a decently long lens as the islands are a good distance away from the banks.

Beautiful pictures thanks for sharing! I have no first hand knowledge of coarse.....but I've heard those Roseate Spoonbills make one hell of a gumbo...
