What about flights into Florida? Making quick three day trip to Tampa.

I own 4 properties in Florida and 3 are rentals. The consensus is the governor will move to phase 2 on May 22nd. Phase 2 rescinds the ban on short term rentals. Keep in mind, phase 2 “suggests” renting to only Florida residents but it’s not a mandate.
If you have reservations for Memorial Day weekend, there is a high probability that they will be honored. If you have reservations in Pensacola for Memorial Day weekend then congrats on coming out of the closet.
