Georgia in Natl. Title Game
Auburn winning west in Sugar
Florida in Capital One
LSU in Cotton Bowl

What you guys think.
They also showed Ole Miss going bowling in Liberty Bowl.
Miss. State in Independence, Bama in Chik-Fil-A, Kentucky in Papajohns, South Carolina in Music City, what you think? Is Tennessee goin to drop off that bad. SEC title game to not bowling

It's a reasonable guess esp. given our unknown at qb but that's why they play the games. We'll just have to see.

I don't know how they will get enough wins to be bowl eligible this year

If Auburn wins the west and loses to UGA in the SECCG they will not be in a BCS bowl.

The only way they would is if they are undefeated up to the SECCG or if their only two losses were to undefeated UGA. Something like that.

Cotton would be a great way to go out. As long as they move kickoff from 10am. That was pretty tough last time around.

I'm telling everyone save what i'm about to say. "Georgia is and will be over rated. It started last year when ESPN was trying to steal some of the steam from LSU. Not saying LSU will be in the ship but I say Georgia doesn't even make the SECCG."

what about Auburn's unknown QB situation?!? Or the fact that they just put in a new offense? Everybody is making a big deal about our "situation" but just writing off everybody else's.

You can put me under the same comment as well.

UF will win the East.

It has never happened. Beginning with the first BCS game in 1998, the loser of the SEC CG has never been to a BCS bowl.

Maybe he is thinking that if Auburn's only loss is in the SECCG, and LSU has at least 2 losses, Auburn goes. History doesn't favor this scenario though. If LSU is the runnerup in the West and has the same number of losses as the SEC CG loser from the West, LSU would likely go to the Sugar. Or maybe he is thinking that the Sugar would't want LSU in New Orleans for 3 years in a row. But in any event, given the past history, this is not a very solid prediction.

I originally said that UF would not make a new years day bowl but I have to say I have changed my line of thinking. If a quality RB emerges and Florida gets average play out of their D they will do some damage.

UGA was good last year but they have a balls arse tough schedule and they historically have not done well with high expectations. Moreno(IMO) wil have a let down year after teams game plan to stop him. Take it for what its worth.

Tebow, Chase Daniels, Pat White are all better than Stafford IMO. Stafford hasnt done shite at UGA yet. He will be helped alot by his running game but the three I listed above do more with less help.

Nope. Arkansas lost the SEC CG and went to the Capital One Bowl.

Here is the bowl history of the SEC CG loser:

1998-Mississippi State, Cotton
1999-Florida, Citrus
2000-Auburn, Citrus
2001-Tennessee, Citrus
2002- Arkansas, Music City
2003- Georgia, Capital One
2004-Georgia, Outback
2005-LSU, Peach
2006-Arkansas, Cotton
2007-Tennessee, Outback

Right - I was thinking about times when an SEC team made it without being in the Championship game.
