First, recruiting took a bit of a setback compliment's of last year's debacle. He needs one, maybe two decent recruiting classes to put things where he would like.

Sev9nd, you can coach your everloving as off, but at some point it becomes the players who win and lose games. The great John Wooden even said as much.

Third, hopefully next year we can go more than seven deep.

Finally, we're still doing a hell of a lot better than during the Johnson and Jones eras.

This team has over achieved so far.

They've won a lot of close games , probably ones that they shouldnt have. Now, some of these losses are just balancing that out.

The team lacks the proper roster construction to really be the power they should. Cause they have talent. It's just mix-matched.

Blame Will Wade's 1st attorney during all the stuff last season. The guy that told Wade not to talk and sit out games really killed this program for this season.

You really should check the recruiting rankings and see who is transferring in. He would have back to back to back top 10 classes if not for Alleva.

Yes he does. He has forgotten how to coach since the middle of the season.
He should be sat down and let Ranters coach a few games. At least they can give him some defensive pointers on how to guard three point shooters.

It's kind of strange to be honest. VCU was known for their defensive pressure when he was there. Maybe the more high profile kids don't buy in like the mid major kids or some in the staff aren't doing their job

Roster construction? You make the best of what you have to work with. Isn't that the job of the coach? Such a obtuse observation, it's like saying if we had a Shaq we'd be better.

Really killed this program for this season? What a clown statement. We are one L away from last season's pace. Nothing you say really jives with where we're really at.

When you look at the roster and what we lost from last year and compare it to our current record, Wade looks like a miracle worker.

This. A perfect football season has made our fans even bigger morons than usual.

You are results oriented.

I focus on the process.

You see this team “keeping pace” with last years

I see a flawed team that is going to continue to crawl to the finish line

Said it a million times, WW is a great recruiter and knows how to pay players, but he's a horrible game day coach. He doesn't know how to prepare a team to play a certain opponent and doesn't know how to make needed adjustments during the game. Too many times we play street ball and let the game get away from us. Just watch during timeouts after we've given up another big lead! WW is trying to pump his team, but he doesn't talk any Xs and Os on what the team needs to do to perform better on offense and defense. WW wins games because we have more athletes and talent and not because of his coaching!

Are you serious? He’s lost 5 conference games in two years and probably doesn’t have a single first round draft pick on either team. You’re an idiot if you think we are winning because we superior talent.

And a million times you have been ignorant and stupid. “He knows how to pay players” this statement alone disqualified any other you have. And it being top 2 in your analysis proves you have absolutely no clue what you’re talking about. “He doesn’t know how to adjust” we just came back from down 18 in less than one half lol. You seem like a little kid who watched his daddy scream at the TV then came here and tried to articulate daddy’s rage.

Last year we were loaded with talent and that's why we won most of the games. You talk about only losing 5 SEC games, but that's a joke. The SEC is super weak in basketball and has been for a few years. Tell me one team we played this year that had more talent than us? The only team that may have more talent than us is Kentucky. The rest of the SEC - with maybe the exception of Auburn - are tomato cans! Auburn is decent, but they have a great coach that wins them a lot of games because of game planning and game adjustments. I get it that you love WW, but the reality is he's not a very good coach!

News flash stupid, since 2015 the SEC has had more 5* recruits by a wide margin than any conference in the nation. The SEC also has the most impressive roster of coaches top to bottom. I’d site the win totals and tourney runs from different teams but we all know how much you hate facts and data. Again you have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about you’re just rambling nonsense.

Yeah but LSU was this good multiple times with a less-highly-touted coach who despite DRACONIAN SANCTIONS kept the program spic n span.

Damm. For the last two years everybody on this board would lick the sweat off of WW nuts. Now he’s having some uncertainty going on and people want to push the panic button. You need to quit watching and complaining and find something else to bitch about

We’ve gone from being 100% sure this was a home run hire to not being 100% sure that he’ll have as many career tournament wins as Tony Benford by the end of next season.

WW has gotten himself into a situation.

It wasn't WW fault a one armed player got 18 rebounds. Even a two armed player shouldn't do that against anyone. Need Darius to stay out of foul trouble.
