I was in NOLA in 04. I felt bad for the OU fans. They got constantly harassed.

I was there and saw OU fans trash talking a lot more than LSU fans.

That was true I was there as well. Oklahoma fans in all fairness were extremely arrogant which lead to a lot of altercations.

I spent two nights in NOLA in '04 and went to the OU game. All of the OU fans we met were friendly and said they had been treated well by LSU fans that weekend. I heard a couple of stories after the game that I assumed were isolated and/or exaggerated.

I think that was also the weekend when Romo botched the snap on the extra point in that Cowboys NFL playoff game.

Me, too. My exwife was one of the worst ones.

I feel like LSU fans were so shocked to be there that we had no clue how to act. It was not simple tigerbaiting followed by offers of beer and food. It was brutal yelling in people's faces.

I was too, and from the moment we met the first Sooners the night before the game, they were snobby jackasses. I mean, we are both in Big Daddys, don't act like you are better than me.

Ohio State fans were miles better than those dirt thieves.

I was there too and all the Oklahoma fans we met were really nice and complimented the LSU fans for being so nice and welcoming in what was essentially a home game for us.

We even hung out with a big group of Sooner fans in the Quarter after the game. It was a fun night.

Remember the Sugar Bowl a few years ago, some Bama woman climbed over seats just to beat some OU arse.

I was in NOLA in 04. The OU fans didn’t get harassed. Their team got their asses kicked and they didn’t take it well. And to be honest , they didn’t deserve to be there in the first place.

I was there too and they got whatever they gave. They were not shy about trashing LSU, the people in the state, the state itself and they weren't shy about trashing LSU. There has never been a group outside of the SEC that looked further down their noses at LSU and Louisiana than the OU fans that were in New Orleans. OU fans trash any fan base of any team that they lose to. For years they talked about how great the Alabama fans were when they were kicking there arse when Alabama was terrible in the years before Saban. But when they start losing then all of a sudden their fans are the worst. They did it with LSU, then Florida and later Bama. It's a theme with them.
