30 years ago it was Nokona.
Reading the replies, it appears nothing has changed.
Weren't the best Nokona's kangaroo hide?

My favorite glove was my Rawlings Gold Glove. I wish i could find it.

I've been a Rawlings baw all my life.

Every Rawlings I’ve ever owned has broken in perfectly for my hand. I can’t say that about any other brand.
Heard nothing but good things about Wilson A2000 but never owned one.

Yes, but their regular leather gloves were fantastic also. I grew up in the town where they’re made and Nokona was the sponsor for my little league team, but I’m unbiased.

It's because a bunch of 40 year olds are replying.
Rawlings is worn by 59% of MLB players. Wilson is the next 26%.
There are about 10 pros in all of MLB who wear Nokona. Seriously.

For an infielder glove, Wilson A2K. Marucci makes really nice infielder gloves as well. Their pitchers gloves are nice too.
For an outfield glove, Nakona. Will take time to break in.
Rawlings still has decent gloves.

You know they get paid to wear those gloves right? I'm sure Bregman uses Easton because he thinks it's the best.
To OP, just go to Academy and pick out a pre-broken $40 dollar glove.

Nokona pays them too, yet they have a very low adoption rate. They're good gloves, but you don't get to a 59% MLB market share by making an inferior product.

Nokona does pay their MLB players but it’s not even in the same universe of as much as other glove companies pay so that’s why there’s so few MLB players using them.

That dog don't hunt.
Marucci is the #1 bat in MLB, and they don't have anywhere near the history of someone like Nokona.
MLB players are some of the most superstitious people in sports. They'll wear/use whatever they think is best more times than not.

For younger kids research Bradley Gloves. He makes gloves that fit kids better and the quality is really good.

Louisville Slugger would like a word.
ETA: My glove was (and still is) Nokona.
