Can someone explain why Joe pushed her extension through? It makes zero sense. She should have been fired.

Because Alleva is a moron who completely gave up on that program. Funny a few years ago he talked about how we need to get the WBB program back to where it once was but it has been the opposite. He was lazy and didn't want to deal with a coaching search.
Her players graduated and aren't in prison, that was a win for him
WBB will never be a money maker no, but it wouldn't be such a money pit if we put a decent product on the floor and competed on a national stage. Pokey days, the PMAC was packed like crazy, there was a lot of merchandise sold, and they Brought a positive buzz to the university nationally. If LSU invests in putting a good product on the floor and commit to being successful, they will show up and invest in it.

Because Joe was a below average AD. I would guess FKing was constantly sticking his nose in and directing JA to do certain things and JA was just a yes man to the below average university President.

Joe had an agenda since the jump. That was my biggest concern about the football program- While it looks like everything’s heading in the right direction, I felt like Joe was never going to pull the plug on O.
