Let's be real for a minute, everyone knows that universal healthcare isn't free.

It's subsidized by taxes that all citizens contribute to help one another. Nothing is free. What it really comes down to is the fact that Republicans and Conservatives are just selfish and cruel. They have a "frick you, I got mine" attitude and can't be bothered to help the little man. They might use the excuse "well, we don't have the money for it." Yet, have no problem whatsoever spending trillions on endless wars in the Middle East.

I absolutely wouldn't mind paying $5/$10 out of my paycheck if it meant that I didn't have to worry about starting a GoFundMe account if I ever get seriously sick or hell, even have to cover the cost of an ambulance ride.

What a childlike rationale.

FAT PERSON - I already blew my diet by eating a cheeseburger, I may as well have ice cream, too

BANKRUPT PERSON- I bought a new truck that I can’t afford, I might as well get a new boat to pull behind it.

The wars in the mideast has cost us just a little under 2.5 trillion for nearly twenty years. LINK

Universal healthcare would cost us 32 trillion for ten years. LINK

Those are numbers that has been confirmed by nonpartisan studies.

Yes, we literally cannot afford universal healthcare.

Oh look. Another liberal who thinks that they aren't selfish because they're willing to spend my money to help somebody else or themselves. Why do you stupid fricks thank who you vote for is a measure of caring? Let me ask you a question. Are you helping somebody right now pay for their medical bills? If not why not? Are you a selfish bastard?

I donate my time and money all the time. In fact I do so at a rate substantially higher then your typical liberal so frick you.

The only difference between liberals and conservatives on this one is that I want to be able to help based on what I want to help and you want to force me to help in accordance with your wishes. As per usual I like freedom and you don't

Facts notwithstanding?

How much do you donate to the cause of indigent healthcare each year?

I don’t like that either and no we don’t have the money for that either.

Charging everything on a credit card doesn’t mean you have money.

Democrats mostly do not pay taxes on income. So they consider it free.

Liberals demand taxpayers pay for their healthcare, and you think it’s conservatives who are selfish.

Yeah, see I don't believe that two wrongs make a right.

It’s interesting that there wasn’t a health insurance “crisis” until Obama decided to use health insurance as a mechanism for wealth redistribution.

I don't say, "Wait, what?" often, but that was my first internal response to this nonsense. Try again.

Perhaps the better point would be that republicans have no problem sending a thousand dollars a month to Blue Cross but would refuse to send the same thousand to a single payer system. And they would argue until blue in the face that the thousand they send to the single payer is “new taxes,” even though they would no longer have to send the money to Blue Cross.

America subsidizes medicine for the rest of the world. Sounds like you hate poor people around the world. Sort of a “frick you I got mine” attitude?
