I have never understood the appeal of all of these 70 yo plus musicians.

They're in this to make money. The broke-dick 20 something crowd that would scrape pennies to get in and not buy beer, food, and t-shirts is not their target demographic.

I get it. But damn these groups are old, and the quality of the performances are shaky. I half expected to hear that someone had fallen and broken a hip. They could accomplish the same thing by looking 20 years younger or so.

Nipsey Russel isn't either. We're clean out of Nipseys.

Nice long-con by Jazz Fest to keep selling tickets and taking people's money, then cancelling the acts

They are refunding anyone who purchased Stones tickets and wants their money back.

Damn shame Tom Petty is gone. The Heartbreakers would have filled this vacancy very nicely !

If you like a artist's music when they were 25, 45, 55, etc. why should you not still like it when they are 70? You don't quit listening to the Stones and Fleetwood Mac and start following 20 year old rappers because they grew old.

I’m laughing at 30 year olds who don’t know who wsp are. That’s funny shite.

End of the show is my favorite song by wsp

You can track the aging of America through the music they feature on PBS pledge drives. They started years ago with the swing era, and progressed through fifties, sixties and seventies rock. Eighties, you're on deck.
