The women, in their 40’s like my wife and I, who run or workout too much get a skeletor look about them...it’s not very feminine or attractive.

Men are naturally attracted to the curvature of a healthy woman's body
It's possible for a woman to be so skinny or of an odd body type that she does not possess these curves (same obviously goes for someone who is too fat - you lose the feminine figure)
