I’m sick that Les was canned for a guy that gives us the same results

We had a first class coach who won us a championship and fired him for an unqualified mascot of a coach. Les Miles and Cameron would have got this LSU team to a 9-3 mark you can book it. The offense is a joke. The strength and conditioning is a joke. The offensive line is a joke. The overall depth at every position is a joke.
Florida, A&M and arguably even State are all getting better while LSU remains the same old LSU. For the record even if they squeaked out a win last night my opinion would still be the same. There’s no development or improvement on offense. No beef in the trenches. LSU could have kept Les Miles and had him go down as our long tenure coach who kept LSU relevant during the Bama dynasty and fought off rising programs like A&M and Florida.
Does the word “TRAJECTORY” mean anything to y’all? We had one big quality win all season. The rest were garbage wins where we leaned on our defense too much and put a shite offensive product on the field. There’s no signs of improvement on the Line. You don’t win in the SEC without a good line.

The strength and conditioning is a joke.

You didn’t even read the part about having the same record as we would with Les? The fact that our o line is very weak?

But with Oregon we get 9-3 for less money.

Led Miles was great for a long period of time...but that quote is revisionist history.

Yep. Florida, Arkansas and State all also pushed this team around like it was nothing. Florida dominated the LOS. That’s a big issue. We’re going downhill and you’re in denial if you don’t see it.

Haha...we were 2-2 with a preseason top 5 team with a loss to an eventual 8-5 Auburn team when Miles lost his job. Miles had a great run, but 2016 would have been ugly with that offense. We still had Bama, Ole Miss and Arkansas (who were all kicking our arse by the time Miles left). I didn't want O either, but I have to be fair.

The only way you got 6 upvotes is by people who read the title only. What a terrible post.

A&M finished one game better than last year and that’s with a cheated win last night
Sumlin finished 8-4 the 2 years before that with top 10 recruiting classes

les left it like that If you don’t think so you are fooling yourself. He never recruited big guys . Got one here and there not as a group. He did awesome job getting playmakers but you need the big uglies to win.

It’ll collapse for O next year

That 2016 schedule was really front loaded. Wisconsin ended up being ranked top 10 and Auburn finished well too. We then went on and lost to a Florida team that we overmatched and beat on that year’s cupcakes, like one of the worst football teams Missouri has ever fielded
Orgeron didn’t do anything magic in his interim year that Leslie wouldn’t have done

same results
It was scientifically impossible for Les to lose to aggy.

My big concern is what happens when Saban retires. Some program will fill the power vacuum, and it won't be LSU if Orgeron is on the sideline.

Haha...that is partly true, but 2016 was going to be a new level of futility. The offense was shut out until the 4th quarter and only scored 7 points in the Wisconsin game, we scored 13 against Auburn and the most we scored was just 34 points against FCS opponent Jacksonville State.

No, we actually don’t.
This has been way more expensive.
