Indian Removal Act, The Fugitive Slave Act and The Alien and Sedition Act are a few that come to mind.

Every American citizen's 4th Amendment rights have been violated. And are still being violated right now.

It needs to disappear. And those giant data collection centers for the NSA need to be bulldozed.

Obama care was an assault against the middle class, created to break the middle class families barely getting by to force them to pay for insurance for the poor.

It was to make much more of the middle class poor to become future dumbocrats.

minimum wage law

Wut?

This place was a shitehole in major cities because people were poor as shite and living in squalor.

Minimum wage helped transfrom shitehole cities.

If you're against minimum wage that means you want to live around trash.

And have trash cities.

And a trash country.

Employers were ruthless...ergo that NY city seamstress fire that you probably approve of where 130 young girls died because the employers would lock the doors during business hours because they were too cheap to hire a manager and didn't want the girls stealing or leaving for a break during the 12 hour workday.

Minimum wage totally changed most of those arcane and gruesome business practices...because it came with safety stipulations.

No minimum wage? Shite, your employer could kill you and deal with with it, free market.

Free market created non-stop shitty dirty cities and squalor. I invite you to go back in time and live in 1840's height of free market New York. I'm sure you will have a grand time.

Somebody would pay you a penny to suck their dick and I'm sure you'd agree to it...because hey, market dictates price...and they'd pay you a nickel to kill their family...and you'd take it, because hey, it's NY in 1840 life is cheap without no wages secured, no work secured, no salary secured at a minimum price.

No minimum wage creates chaos, dick-sucking and awful smelly dirty shite-hole cities.

Did you even realize you were referencing the 1840s? What were you going to expect in the 1840s? Think about things a little harder.

It's like complaining about the heat in ancient Egypt.

San Fransisco has a "used needles and human shite in public places" problem. I think they have min wage laws.

Min wage laws were used to keep Blacks from taking "White jobs".

Little history lesson on the Davis/Bacon Act; Walter Williams laying down some truth.

Now your post and this thread brings out the moderate in me to be honest. I may be overlooking a good counterargument but on its face your points seem sound.

Not sure what amendment it was (19th maybe) but the one that made senators electable by the populous instead of being appointed by the state legislatures. Took "State" out of the "United States of America".

New Deal
Great Society
Obamacare
Fugitive Slave Act
Indian Removal Act
Public Law 503

Order of importance is debatable.
